I highly recommend this company for your plumbing and drainage needs. I’m a tenant who’s lived for years with hedge roots building up in the outside sewer line and over 50 years of black slime in the kitchen/ laundry pipes. Everything was backing up everywhere. We’ve had other plumbers here in the past year, but without the right tools and willingness to get the job done properly, things just got worse.

Matt and Kevin attended to our needs once our landlord agreed to costs and their work was amazing. Professional, thorough and honest. With a relative in the plumbing business, I’m told their charges are very reasonable. They have many useful tools to determine your needs without wasting time. After using a camera to check both lines, Matt cleared the roots in the outside line while Kevin cleared and power washed the “slime line” inside. They got our entire drainage system in the best possible condition for the age and state of the house. Kevin gave me good tips on future maintenance. They both cleaned up any mess, of which there was surprisingly little. They are very clean and work well together. Kevin noticed our kitchen faucet set has worn out and we have no hot water. If the landlord agrees, we may have hot water in the kitchen again!

Folks, in the current pandemic situation, these guys go places most of us would run from. I give them the highest rating possible, and my respect.

Found Red Seal through HomeStars & BBB. Alex detected the problem and worked at it right away. It took Alex & Robin one & half days to change the old and leaking pipes. As it is an older house (over 60 yr old), it presented some challenges in replacing the pipes at very tight spaces. Alex also cleaned up the place properly afterwards. I certainly would use Red Seal again in the future and would recommend the Company to anyone who needs plumbing work.
